POSITION SUMMARY Assists the Rehabilitation services team with day-to-day operations by performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, some of a confidential...calls to patients. Prepares correspondence, tracks and trends data, coordinates monthly staff meetings, including preparing meeting packets and minutes for the Director and management team with little or no direction. Assists all employees, visitors and callers promptly and with courtesy. Assists with cleaning of therapy equipment. Performs PI monitoring for therapy charts. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
