POSITION SUMMARY
Assists the Rehabilitation services team with day-to-day operations by performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, some of a confidential nature. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with physicians, patients, the public and members of the hospital staff where assertive but tactful demeanor is required. Schedules patients for OP therapy in adult and pediatric therapy. Performs daily reminder calls to patients. Prepares correspondence, tracks and trends data, coordinates monthly staff meetings, including preparing meeting packets and minutes for the Director and management team with little or no direction. Assists all employees, visitors and callers promptly and with courtesy. Assists with cleaning of therapy equipment. Performs PI monitoring for therapy charts. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Previous secretarial and office management experience.
