Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Subcontracts Management Staff for the JASSM/LRASM Programs - Transition to Production and Ramp to Rate lead located in Orlando, FL.

What You Will Be Doing
The Lockheed Martin JASSM/LRASM team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem solver to add to our Subcontract Management team! As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for leading Transition to Production and Ramp efforts as a key interface between Subcontract Managers and other Lockheed Martin departments to drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading JASSM/LRASM-related Transition to Production and Ramp to Rate Efforts
• Coordinating with Subcontract Managers and the Program Management team with the transition of new configurations into production.
• Coordinating with Subcontract Managers and the Program Management team with the monthly supplier facilitization review.
• Identifying and managing supplier risks related to transition to production and ramp to rate efforts
• Leading and coordinating JASSM/LRASM Supplier Resiliency efforts in the development of alternate sources for the supply chain management team.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
•Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline at the Bachelor level or above
•Considered an emerging authority and self-starter
•Experience establishing relationships with suppliers and other SCMs
•Experience with reading and understanding technical documents
•Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
•Ability to work cross functionally with team members
•Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve subcontract/program issues on-site, as needed
•Commitment to be on-site a minimum of 2 days a week or more as needed
Desired Skills:
•Previous experience in Subcontract Management
•Ability to multitask and report to multiple Program Managers
•Knowledge of FARS/DFARS flow downs
•Experience interfacing with the U.S Government (USG) or other customers
•Experience with Risk Management
•Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, statements of work, and equipment within the defense industry
•Experience working on development and EV contracts

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
