Description:Candidate will be responsible for maintaining, adjusting, isolating, removing and replacing faulty hardware on full motion Weapons System Trainers (WSTs), Operational Flight Trainers (OFTs), Avionics Desk-Top Trainers (AVDTTs), Landing Gear Part Task Trainers (LGPTTs), and Hoist Part Task Trainers (HPTTs) that support the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) training program. Candidate will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on host computers, image generators, visual displays, input/output (I/O), electric/hydraulic control loading systems, electric/hydraulic motion systems, computer networks, and associated electronics. Candidate will report and document all hardware system actions related to equipment malfunctions, modifications, removal, installation, fault isolation, and repair. Candidate will perform operational checkouts and preventive maintenance utilizing work instructions and technical manuals. Candidate will complete On-the-Job (OJT) training requirements/program as directed by ICS Manager and/or CLS Maintenance Manager. Candidate will complete maintenance data collection records on equipment associated with trainer and support equipment. He/she will perform additional duties as directed by the management team. Duties may include bench stock, tools (CTK), test equipment, Air Force Technical Order (AFTO) 781 forms, etc. Candidate will attend meetings as directed by management. Candidate will establish and maintain positive and courteous relationships with all military and civilian personnel related to this program. He/she will support modification to trainers as directed by management and comply with all site safety and security policies and procedures. Candidate will complete all assigned tasks with quality, pride, and ownership in mind. Candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail in every aspect of daily taskings. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Field engineer on other related training systems
• Strong background (over 4 years) of PC based computer repair
• Can design, implement, test, and maintain system hardware as required with engineering support and government testing
• Support sub-contractors with technical knowledge of system operation and design during modification and testing
• Complete understanding of Request for Drawing Change (RFDAs) process
• Able to write, review and update Contractor Operating Instructions’ (COIs) and Work Instructions (WIs) related to the maintenance section.
• Strong working knowledge of Maintenance Data Collection (MDC) database
• Understanding of CLS metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in use of simple software commands to support fault isolation
• Understand, speak, read, and write English
• Able to lift over 25 LBS
• Able to work at height’s above 10 feet
• Able to obtain an Interim secret security clearance prior to starting this position.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
