We are seeking an exceptional Sr Product Designer to fill a critical role in our Ad Platforms team. This person will play a key part in our efforts to improve customer ROI and dramatically streamline ad campaign planning, creative review, targeting, and trafficking - with an opportunity to shape both the strategy and design vision for our evolving advertising platform. In addition to shipping great work, we are equally committed to a design culture that is inspiring, collaborative, and fun - and this person will also have leadership opportunities to shape how we work.

Actively contribute to product-level decision-making by participating in team meetings, cross-functional groups, and collaborative feedback sessions
-
Consistently deliver work that is well-thought-out and aligned with project goals
-
Demonstrate sustained productivity and meet project deadlines by accurately estimating the time required for tasks
-
Set an example for designers in your orbit through mentorship and open, honest feedback
