Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist

Adecco is committed to matching talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking In-Office Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist for a valued client in Latham, NY. While previous experience is advantageous, we are also prepared to provide training to the right candidate. This role pays weekly, at $20/hr., and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in inbound sales and social media to expand their skills in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and schedule services from our office.

• Proactively engage with current and past customers to encourage repeat business.

• Monitor and manage feedback on review platforms to maintain a positive brand image.

• Create engaging content for online, social media, and print campaigns.

• Enhance Absolute's online presence across various platforms to increase customer interaction.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on lead generation effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in inbound sales, preferably in a service-oriented field.

• Strong multitasking skills for effective management of office responsibilities.

• Understanding of social media, search engines, and email marketing, or a willingness to learn.

• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on professional business writing.

• Proficiency in graphic design for digital and print media.

• Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications.

• A college degree with a marketing concentration is highly preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
