The Creative Assistant supports the Go to Market arm of the Content Marketing and Creative team to ensure the effective execution of content-led marketing and commercial initiatives. This person will support process fulfillment and executional excellence by facilitating communication and collaboration between the broader Content Marketing and Creative teams, as well as cross-functional partners (including, but not limited to: brands, brand Digital Marketing, MARCOM, In-store Marketing, social teams, internal Center of Expertise (digital ops), and external creative partners).

Responsibilities

• Adopt and internal project management (PM) best practices in service of planning, development, and execution of consumer-facing content and creative
• Communicate status and progress reporting on all initiative types
• Manage weekly scorecard and performance tracking/reporting
• Manage and regularly update cross-functional workflow: support CM+C team on operational needs, schedule/attend/document meetings (and other pertinent milestones and sessions)
• Provide business affairs and administrative support for key initiatives. Will include PO creation, vendor setup, invoice submission, and budget tracking.
• Where applicable, support the Content and Creative team with production (can include workback/shoot schedules, wardrobe docs, shot lists, talent coordination)
• Lead the product procurement process: including organized acquisition of product samples from stores, warehouses, or vendors required for any photoshoots or other visual requests, and track and coordinate returns of any product or samples when projects are complete
• Facilitate routing (“handoff”) of creative assets to the appropriate cross-functional teams
• Capture and record production relevant data (PDP, CADs, SKU info)
• Provide varying levels of administrative support to the department head on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, retail or relevant allocations experience is a plus
• Functional proficiency and relevant experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign)
• Proficiency of Microsoft 365 suite of applications
• Highly organized, proactive, with attention to detail
• Proven creative problem solver who can navigate through ambiguity
• Possess effective organizational communication skills
• Have a passion for Sneakers and/or Youth Culture
