Job Description

The Product Innovation and Strategy Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive innovation across the organization. This role involves identifying emerging trends, generating innovative ideas, and implementing solutions that align with the company’s long-term goals. The Innovation and Strategy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and ensure that strategic objectives are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and establish clear objectives and KPIs
Communicate the benefits of innovation and strategic projects to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Manage the innovation pipeline, from ideation to implementation, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
Work closely with various departments, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Identify and engage with external partners, including startups, academic institutions, and industry organizations, to foster innovation
Evaluate potential partnerships and alliances that can enhance the company’s strategic capabilities.

Skills/Qualifications

Successful candidates possess these technical skills:

Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
Proven history of successfully leading and executing strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to inform decision making.

Required:

5+ years of experience in strategy development, innovation management, or related roles
Valid and active driver’s license
This position requires the ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intranet/internet.
