About the Role
Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and evaluation of Contact Center employee training programs to enhance organizational performance with a focus on elevated customer experiences and being the brand expert for all Gap Inc Brands.
This role involves identifying learning needs, designing innovative training execution solutions, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The supervisor collaborates with leadership to align development initiatives with business goals and ensures employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
What You'll Do
Training program enhancements and implementation: delivering impactful learning initiatives to meet organizational and individual needs that focus on the customer and Gap Inc Brands.
· Identifying skill gaps and development opportunities by analyzing performance metrics and conducting consultations.
· Lead Learning Facilitators including providing guidance, resources, and mentorship to ensure employee growth and success.
· Collaborate with leadership to align learning with organizational goals and objectives.
· Responsible for driving Gap Inc brand and product learning and engagement.
· Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance outcomes.
· Promoting continuous learning and professional development as core organizational values.
· Allocating resources effectively to ensure the quality and accessibility of training programs.

Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective training and engaging diverse audiences.
· Proficient in Contact Center tools, MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce and CxOne is a plus.
· Leadership expertise in motivating teams including fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
· Strong collaboration skills, thriving in cross functional settings.
· Adaptable in dynamic environments, managing competing demands and ambiguity effectively.
· Independent decision-making ability and sound judgement.
Experience and Education:
· Proven Leadership in training employees to resolve complex customer issues creatively and professionally.
· Commitment to continuous learning, building relationships and aligning business needs with strong results.
· Expertise in evaluating training outcomes, analyzing trends, and leveraging data for continuous improvements.
· Adept at evolving training strategies to address changing customer needs and industry trends.
