You’re a natural teacher and coach with passion for helping others, deliver a great in-store premium experience. Your team responds when you lead, and they want to work hard for you. You will be accountable to lead, coach and develop all team members in multiple banners and carry out all company strategies. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of operations management, including: execution of company standards, creating a premium experience, creating efficiencies for the store team when it comes to stock, and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will take part in recruiting, hiring, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Executingstandards in store operations, stock management, visual merchandising, recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Coaching and motivating your team to inspire top execution and an exceptional operational experience
  • Act as a partner between store leadership and corporate business partners
  • Executes company initiatives, store compliance and ongoing maintenance to impact the customer experience
  • Reconciles and files operational paperwork, store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests and all other receiving documents per company policy
  • Partners and communicates any issues or challenges to DM and Store Managers
  • Delegates team members to appropriate division within their property based on work load and / or task demand
  • Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
  • Oversees the entire property operation to ensure execution of all operational initiatives
  • Could perform task that execute visual merchandising standards, company directives and compliance to include ongoing maintenance that impacts the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience in a
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customersto deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
