Overview

Team Edition Apparel, a division of Foot Locker, Inc, is looking for quality focused individuals who is willing to work on their feet all day, have a great attitude, be an excellent teammate and have near perfect attendance. This Entry Level position will assist the maintenance team keep the building and its machinery in clean, working order. This person needs to be willing to learn new tasks, be self-motivated, and be comfortable working in a team setting.

Work Schedule is 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Position Functions:

This position is responsible for providing support in general facilities cleaning & maintenance, as well as interacting with internal and external customers. This includes taking initiative in day to day responsibilities, as well as performing routine cleaning & repairs. This person needs to be willing to learn new tasks and be comfortable working in a team setting.

• *Cleans production areas and equipment as assigned (occasional cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas may be required).
• *Cleans and maintains adjacent exterior walks and grounds as needed.
• *Uses brooms, mops, vacuums, floor cleaning equipment, pressure washers, and other equipment to clean physical structure and equipment.
• *Performs touch up and finish painting.
• *Replaces light bulbs.
• *Changes HVAC air filters according to assigned schedule.
• *Participates in general cleaning, painting and repair work.
• *Uses hand tools and power tolls in making maintenance repairs and maintaining building, adjacent walks and grounds.
• *Uses lawn maintenance equipment to include mowers, trimmers, saws, shovels, rakes, etc.
• *Replenishes supplies as necessary.
• *Uses forklift and scissor lift to complete duties as assigned.
• *Uses compactor to bale cardboard.
• *Empties trash hoppers into outside dumpster.
• *Sets up and tears down tables, chairs and other equipment for meetings, events, etc.
• *Properly follows company policies and OSHA safety procedures.

• While performing this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk and hear. The associate is occasionally required to taste or smell.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

Starting pay rate of $12.50 per hour + $.50 shift differential
