This position bears the responsibility and accountability for team enablement, communications, strategic initiatives and change management.
The individual will be responsible for:

Team Enablement: Manage and deliver large-scale enablement activities that drive education, awareness and change across Corporate Marketing. The portfolio includes hosting and coordinating biweekly CM enablement sessions, quarterly #unfiltered People Manager calls, CM Coffee Corners, and Peer-to-Peer learning calls. In addition, overseeing the design and build of the always-on CM Point along with ensuring ongoing management and updates.

Communication: Support the drafting, editing and delivery of executive level email communications and coordinating large-scale communication cascades. Provide guidance, templates, and design consultation across our stakeholders within CM. Expertise in storytelling and driving narratives that leverage data and insights - delivered through slides, emails, Point, etc.

Cross-team Initiatives: Help support various cross-team Corporate Marketing initiatives such as the Big Rocks forum and the Corporate Marketing Strategy Document.

Change Management: Drive change management and enablement activities to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, M&S LT, CM LT, CMSOs, CS, Operations, IES.

Innovation: Drive a culture of innovation, showcase cross-organization wins, introduce/rethink ways of working across teams.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in the industry with experience driving communications, enablement, and change management activities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders. Strong design skills and background is recommended.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, develop a vision, and translate it into actionable plans.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex initiatives.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
