The Seasonal Customer Service Admin is responsible for supporting Customer Service Management and other team members in daily activities such as claims processing, over, short and damage reporting, and handling vendor compliance issues. This position must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires analytical skills, organizational abilities, detail orientation and a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and WMOS.

This position works Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are entered and claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide reports on delivery and/or claims activity to various members of management.
• Assist with calls from stores, district managers, carriers, corporate offices, and pool distribution agents.
• Support other areas including international paperwork preparation, generation, and distribution.
• Use independent judgment and be self-motivated.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, utilize a computer and Microsoft Office, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
• Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.
• Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Required to sit at a computer workstation and/or desk for a full shift.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling and lifting weights of 5 - 25 pounds constantly and 26-50lbs occasionally.
• Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.

• Minimum 6 months of Aministrative experience.

• General computer experience.
