The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

Product Strategy within Roundel is accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through external vendors and partnerships.

As a Senior Third Party (3P)ProductManager, Roundel - Identity, you will developproduct strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives for Roundel’s digital identity solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of digital identity concepts, technologies, industry trends,data privacy regulations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the highest quality audience graph. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product domain to establish other relevant data points to assess value, risk, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead work in unison with external vendors,business partners and other product partners to deliver identity products.

You will be the “voice of the identity products” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that external vendors and support partners are getting the direction and support that they need to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog in partnership with external vendors whichoutlines customer themes, and focuses on the highest impact work for the team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of product strategyexperience indigital advertising or identity space.

  • Experience with addressable digital marketing across various platforms including LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, and popular social media platforms

  • Ability to plan and set a strategy, define Organizational Key Results (OKRs), communicate and drive business outcomes

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, sprints, personas)

  • Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

  • Strong communication skills

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
