Now Hiring: Patient Care Assistant - Stepdown Unit (Full Time | Day Shift)
Abrazo Central Campus | 19th Ave & Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ
6 AM - 6 PM | 3 shifts per week

Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? At Abrazo Central Campus, we’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and team-driven Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Stepdown Unit during full-time day shifts.

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team-helping patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable as they transition through their healthcare journey.

What You'll Do:
• Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care
• Assist with personal hygiene, vital signs, bed changes, and mobility
• Serve meals, offer nourishment, and help maintain a clean environment
• Prepare and care for medical equipment and supplies
• Work closely with RNs and supervisors under clear and supportive guidance

Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum:

High School Diploma/GED OR valid CNA or PCA/PCT certificate

Current CPR certification

Willingness to complete EKG training for designated units

✔️ Preferred:

One year experience in an acute care setting

CNA/LNA certified through the Arizona State Board of Nursing
