Responsibilities
- Assistwithowningday-to-daytechnicaloperationsfortheAdPlatformsTechnical OperationsteamAutomatedMarketplaceandCoreAdServingintegrations
- Ensuremonitoringandalertingonproductionservicesareinplace,andbeavailable on-callforproductionincidentsandnewproductlaunches
- Triage,respondtoandde-escalateinboundescalations(tickets)inatimelymanner whilemaintainingahighstandardofprofessionalismandclientsatisfaction
- Investigatecomplexissues,diagnoseproductbugs,andresolverequests
- Helpdevelopstrongpartnershipswithsales,support,engineering,productmanagement
- andanalyticsleaderstodrivefocusonstrategicandtacticalchannelobjectives
- Maintaindetailedsupportdocumentationforbothinternalandexternaluseto
- strategicallyidentifyandunderstandtrends
- Contributetothedevelopmentofbestpractices,teamprocesses,andpeertraining
- Bachelor’sdegreeorrelevantyearsofexperiencerequired
- 3+yearsofexperienceinadtechnology,operations,supportorincidentmanagement.
- DeepunderstandingofExchanges,Real-timeBidding,DemandSidePlatforms,SupplySidePlatforms,1stand2ndpriceauctions,ProgrammaticMarketplaces(PMP)andProgrammaticGuaranteed(PG)dealtypes
- Stronggraspofonlinevideoanddisplayadvertisingandmonetization.
- SolidunderstandingofIABspecsOpenRTB,VAST/VPAID/VMAP
- WorkingknowledgeofadtraffickingworkflowsinanenterpriseAdServerlikeGoogleAdManager,Freewheelorsimilarsystem
- ExperiencemanagingasupportticketqueueinJIRA,Zendesk,orsimilarsystem.
- FluencyinSQL.ExperiencewithAWSAthena,DynamoDB,MySQL,Snowflake,orHive
- Workingknowledgeofmonitoringplatforms(Cloudwatch,Datadog,Pagerdutyorsimilar platforms

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, California is $102,500-$137,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
