Join our growing sneaker culture! Foot Locker is looking for a Treasury Supervisor to support our customers/merchants in the Retail Payments area! The Treasury Supervisor reports to the Manager of Retail Payments in the Treasury department. The Treasury Supervisorwill be responsible for providing executive accounting information while generating monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting processes for Foot Locker, Inc., and its global subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical reviews and variance for balance sheets and income statements
  • Prepare and present accurate, well supported financial analysis and reports
  • Prepare detailed account reconciliations and accurate journal entries posted into the financial systems.
  • Ensure results are fairly stated in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
  • Develop cost savings idea/procedures which result in bottom line savings to the corporation
  • Assist in compliance and maintenance of Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley and end user computing policies
  • Make decisions involving considerable ingenuity, initiative and judgement dealing constructively with disagreement.
  • Manage the responsibilities of day-to-day armored car operations by partnering with store employees, district managers, and other roles within store operations
  • Manage the responsibilities of Europe/Asia card fee expense for store and digital businesses by partnering with Europe and US Banking Operations Teams
  • Support Manager on Europe/Asia payment initiatives for both store and digital businesses
  • Support Ireland Treasury Senior Manager with month end close responsibilities for RPG/SDS Stores Card Fees
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Proficient Excel skills required
  • Experience with in-store polling process/sales analytics system preferred
  • PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
