CS Manager
Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time, direct hire opportunity working for one of our top clients in Buchanan, NY (on-site). They are an established construction company that has been proudly servicing their area for 45 years. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team! The ideal candidate would be someone with 2+ years of experience with a proactive and “can-do” attitude!
Job Location: Buchanan, NY (on-site)
Salary: $70 - $72K based on experience + quarterly bonuses of up to $10,000 based on metrics!
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Customer Service Team to ensure customer needs and inquiries are satisfied in an efficient and professional manner.

Manage and direct a team of 2-3 Customer Service Representatives.

Ability to train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of staff.

Ability to work a large quantity phone que-system in an organized manner.

Responsible for analyzing volume reports, abandoned calls, and drop calls to determine patterns and work to improve.

Comfortable analyzing and utilizing data.

Has a "can-do" attitude and is proactive with daily tasks.
