Footlocker.com/Eastbay operates the direct to consumer business for Foot Locker, Inc. - the world’s leading retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel.

This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin Distribution Center. Employee health is our #1 priority, so we are providing on-site social distancing, PPE and sanitizing stations.

Available Schedules:

Part-Time Available Hours: Minimum of 15 hours a week between 1:30pm-10:00pm Monday through Friday and mandatory weekend hours every other Saturday.

Starting Wage:

$10.10/hour for Part-Time associates

Responsibilities

• Fills single and multiple orders, insuring that orders processed are consistent with order requirements.
• Locates products in appropriate shelves, pulls product from active or overstock areas, and facilitates movement to packaging area for further processing.
• Pack single and multiple orders as required, filling standard packaging procedures as instructed.
• Follow standard procedures in packaging orders to insure that orders are securely packaged in accordance with company and shipping company packaging requirements.
• Place additional material in packages such as; inserts, instructions, new catalogs.
• Responsible for accuracy and neatness of packaging.
• Maintain at least minimum productivity and quality standards while also following all safety procedures.
• Restocks product neatly in assigned locations.
• Operates a postal computer, ing correct postage and addresses to package.
• Manually releases international packages off ship stations.
• Have basic computer knowledge to be able to navigate through on screen menus.
• Assist in all areas within the warehouse as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• No experience is required. Candidates must be 16 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to be a great teammate.
