Batching Crew Leader

Adecco is currently assisting a local client that is recruiting for 1st shift Batching Crew Leader positions in South Sarasota, FL. These are Temp to hire opportunities, with starting pay rates of $19.00, plus overtime as needed! For instant consideration for these jobs please !

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma

• Previous team/crew leader experience in a manufacturing/production setting

• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently

• Bilingual a plus!

• Microsoft office knowledge

• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions within the scope of the position

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions

Responsibilities:

• The Batching/ Production Crew Leader is responsible for batching activities( mixture of food, beverages and pharmaceuticals.)

• Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers

• Follows all Company Quality policies, SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and SOP’s

• Participates in food safety training

• Maintains proper documentation abut Production records

• Communicate food safety policies and responsibilities

• Includes food safety requirements in employee performance measurement

• Work is performed in a fast- paced, high volume, manufacturing environment

• Starting salary $19 depending on experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
