The Account Executive is the key contact for all aspects of the Divisional needs and service requirements. This position will be responsible for handling customer service questions relative to logistics supply chain management at the Camp Hill Service Center,including, but not limited to, locations and status of inbound goods, launch product management, status of product throughout the facility, handling emergency picks, and coordinating with shipping and transportation providers to ensure the store delivery and Direct to consumer schedules are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely follow-up to Divisions, Merchant team, and Sr. Director of Transportation and Logistics Planning on issues affecting freight flow.
  • Track launch/release product into Camp Hill for the Divisions.
  • Produce Camp Hill Daily Inbound Work List.
  • Schedule outbound transportation needs to insure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Work with Divisions, Transportation, and Data Services to provide required reporting.
  • Assist with projects and analyses to support new business initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of Logistics and Transportation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on teams as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and maintain day to day needs of the teams this position supports.
  • Previous knowledge of automated DC Systems and Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management (WMoS) preferred.
  • Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
