Ready to ? We currently have an opportunity for a Vendor Compliance Clerk to join our team located at our DC-Riverside DC-ascena, CA 92508.

Position Overview:

General Description

Responsible for coordination of incoming freight receipt including the verification of freight paperwork and the assignment of receiving dock doors. Compiles reporting for vendor compliance and works on special projects and research concerns with the Home Office.

Performance requirements

Responsible for preparation of receiving paperwork. Assigning doors for incoming freight. 30%

Act as liaison between Distribution Center and Home Office to research issues. 30%

Updating and tracking Vendor Compliance priorities on EXCEL spreadsheets. 10%

Work on special projects and disseminate priority of merchandise being processed. 10%

Work with vendors on EDI issues. 10%

Data entry of packing lists. Responsible for documentation of freight that has cleared customs. 10%

Assist drivers with shipping and receiving documentation upon arrival and departure.

Work Experience and education requirements

Strong warehouse management (pkms) and inventory (IP) system knowledge

Must have proficient computer skills, such as Microsoft Office products including Word, EXCEL, Outlook, etc.

Excellent time management, organizational skills and problem-solving acumen are all critical

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
