POSITION SUMMARY
The Central Sterile Manager is responsible for ensuring that instruments needed for surgical procedures are available. He/she is responsible for inventory control. He/she is responsible for inventory control utilizing the IMMS system and ensuring that sterilization standards are maintained per AAMI guidelines. Responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with the efficient operation of sterile processing to ensure high quality product delivery and efficient service to customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: HS diploma, prefer college degree
Experience: 3 years previous sterile processing exp required. Previous mgmt exp preferred.
License: None
Certification: Sterile Processing national certification.
