We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Asset Protection Leader (Washington DC based) - ascena to join our team located at our Corp Remote Locations-ascena-Pataskala, OH 43062.

Position Overview:

The Regional Asset Protection Leader is responsible for driving a low shrink and safety culture in a geographical area consisting of 250+ retail locations and approx. $400+M in revenue within the Ascena family of brands. They develop, monitor. and execute programs that create awareness around shrink, safety and integrity. Each Regional AP Leader partners with Field Leaders in the Brands/Segments to connect the store strategy with the asset protection strategy, and maximize field efforts in the reduction of shrink, margin erosion, and increased safety awareness and behaviors.

This position will need to be located in the Washington DC market. The geographical market covers Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia
