Overview

The Inventory Control/Audit department is looking to fill an Inventory Specialist. This position will be responsible for processing inventory transactions within the various inventory systems for all distribution centers. This position will also be trained on the stock locator processes to assist when needed. #LI-JG1

Responsibilities

• Process all inventory transactions sent by the various warehouses and stores.
• Record journal entries as needed.
• Clear suspense and monitor error/exception reporting for inventory systems.
• Cross-train on the stock locator processes.
• Answer questions and correspondence from Field Audit and/or Store Managers.
• Maintain high performance and increase departmental efficiencies through constructive suggestions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from college or trade school, or 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Store or Inventory experience helpful but not required.
• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
• Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment.
