Outpatient Clinician- Grand Rapids, MI
We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our clients team in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.
Monday-Friday, variable hours between 8am-7pm
$62,000- $68,500
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, from an accredited institution.

LMSW, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC
-
Experience providing individual, family and group counseling, preferred.

Required to provide proof of limited or full license in one of the following areas: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Job Descriptions
-
Conduct assigned intake assessments for counseling, completing all required paperwork.

Provide individual, family and/or multi-systems therapy for assigned clients.

Maintain appropriate and timely progress notes and files on each client.

Participate in biweekly individual supervision with the Outpatient Clinical Supervisor.

Participate in bimonthly group team meetings presenting on cases and clinical topics as required. Participation includes the sharing of ideas, feedback, and department planning. Seek and solicit feedback as needed.

Continually assess client’s needs and make appropriate referrals if additional services or a more intensive level of care is needed.

Develop Treatment Plans, Quarterly Reviews, Discharge Summaries, Clinical Progress Notes, and other documents as required by contract.

Coordinate the transfer/discharge process for the client and family, informing Outreach Clinical Supervisor, and necessary support staff of projected transfer/discharge goals.

Monitor the quality of overall treatment services to clients on their caseload; and evaluate the adequacy of these services to meet treatment objectives.

Responsible for timely Quality Assurance compliance as related to employee’s roles and functions.

Professional Growth o Utilize educational opportunities and resources offered by the agency and through the profession for continued development of skills and clinical expertise. o Use the knowledge and skills of his/her supervisor to increase both counseling and administrative skills.

Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
