Job Description:
The SAP Developer-Level 3-Commerce/Hybris is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues; and maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the SAP Commerce/Hybris eCommerce area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices. Limited telecommuting within commutable distance of worksite permitted pursuant to company hybrid work policy.
Skills/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in a Business or Technical related field or equivalent based on education and/or experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience configuring and developing Commerce/Hybris applications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing with the Spring framework.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming with Java coding.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience writing IMPEX and Flexible Search.
- Minimum 2 years of experience configuring HAC and BackOffice/HMC and working with Cockpits.
- Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management.
- Must have implemented at least one enterprise B2B and one enterprise B2C eCommerce solutions for a customer in North America.
- Must have worked on at least one full life cycle implementation in their technical area.
Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
