Footlocker.com/Eastbay operates the direct to consumer business for Foot Locker, Inc. - the world’s leading retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel.

Available Schedules:

Full-Time Hours: 7am-5pm Monday through Friday & 7am-5pm every other Saturday as needed.

Starting Wage: $10.50/hour

This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin Distribution Center. Employee health is our #1 priority, so we are providing on-site social distancing, PPE and sanitizing stations.

Responsibilities

• Pack single and multiple orders as required, filling standard packaging procedures as instructed. shipping labels to packages, insuring the accuracy of the label.
• Follow standard procedures in packaging orders to insure that orders are securely packaged in accordance with company and shipping company packaging requirements.
• Place packaged orders on appropriate conveyor for eventual pick-up by shipping companies. Responsible for accuracy and neatness of packaging.
• Place additional material in packages such as; inserts, instructions, new catalogs. Notify the department supervisor in the event of a shortage of packaging materials and/or product
• Set up slotting carts to perform slotting function. Match invoices to corresponding slots. Remove product from totes and match to corresponding slots. Verifies correct items are included with each order.
• Indicate status of product on invoice. Remove incomplete orders from slots and place in designated areas for additional handling. Pull carts of complete orders to the Multiple Pack area.
• Maintain at least minimum productivity and quality standards while also following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• No experience is required.
• Candidates must be 16 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to be a great teammate.
