The Admin I-Payroll associate is primarily responsible for reviewing and correcting productivity and timekeeping data to support a multi distribution center network. This position requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Depending on the work volume the Admin I-Payroll associate can be assigned with other tasks when needed.
This position works in an office setting within a warehouse with limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and copy machines. Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
This position works Monday throught Friday from 9:00am to 5:15pm, with mandatory overtime as needed. The pay range is $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Must have High School Diploma or GED, minimum of one-year previous experience in an Administrative role adn comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Maintain productivity tracking system.
- Make necessary corrections to reconcile differences between timekeeping and productivity tracking system.
- Ensures productivity data is processed efficiently to meet department deadlines.
- Responsible for collecting data for productivity reporting.
- Enter new hire data in timekeeping and productivity tracking system.
- Process employee personal and vacation leave requests
- Input associate schedule changes in timekeeping system
- Verify associate sign in/sign out in security system.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Ability to work overtime and weekend shift.
- Use independent judgment and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, utilize a computer and Microsoft Office, conduct business related mathematics, and analyze data as required.
- Bring problems to the attention of the Payroll Manager.\
- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods (for example: Outlook email, Teams chat, etc.)
- Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and moving weights of 5-25lbs constantly and 26-50lbs occasionally.
