Foot Locker is looking for a Sr. eCommerce Analyst to support the Manager, eCommerce. Your work will touch the global organization by connecting the eCommerce, mobile and brick-n-mortar business to provide a seamless omni-channel experience that connects our customers to our product. Responsibilities

• Coordinate sku set-up, sample trafficking and copy/data collection for the COM assortment. Communicating with vendors, buyers and cross-functional partners throughout the process to ensure timely deployment.
• Track orders and stock levels for product live date. Partner with Buying, Allocations, Pricing & Logistics to identify opportunities and risks within the assortment and allocations.
• Monitor the site on daily basis, to ensure Quality Assurance for all content and website functions. Review test site environment to proactively preview site experience and campaigns and make callouts prior to live date.
• Assist in conceptualizing monthly campaign themes based on product assortment and seasonal trends. Curate sku lists for product pools and merchandising stories and help content team to secure samples.
• Partner with site merchandising to identify new opportunities on the site and products based on seasonality and trends.
• Analyze data daily including top vendors, items, campaigns, etc., through BI and reporting systems.
• Leverage data to understand performance of campaigns and customer interaction on the site to optimize the experience-make suggestions to improve conversion rates and identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Marketing, Buying, Content, and In-store teams to ensure Omni-channel coverage of key campaigns.
• Advocate for muse-focused content and decisions when working cross-functionally to help improve campaigns and projects to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify industry trends and embrace new ways of thinking to be predictive in meeting our customers’ needs.
• Be an active participant in all cross -functional priority meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years experience
• Previous experience in eCommerce or retail is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, organization, self-starter and analytical experience preferred
• Business travel required a few times a year for business acclimation
