Responsibilities
Kiosk and Loss Prevention Coverage
-
Distribute equipment
-
Coordinate activities of trucking companies
-
Coordinate process improvements with other Kiosk staff and security
-
Backup toDistribution CenterAssistant
-
Provide reports regarding missing inventory caused by potential theft
Inventory Control
Actively complete needed adjustments, movements and transfers (such as scrap, liquidation, store, wrong items, store transfers, cancellations, worn and damaged, photo shoots, etc.).
Inventory Locating

Assist in preparing work and manipulating reports to ensure timely and proper locating of existing and incoming product to include but not limited to:

Run Microsoft Access reports to facilitate the locating and condensing functions.

Manipulate Excel spreadsheets to prepare work for Locating staff as needed.

Inventory Locating data entry.

Learn the label software: how to use and edit existing templates and create new ones.

Help maintain various Locating reports for productivity, data, etc.

Assist in maintaining Launch information and locations.
Cycle Count

Assist in accurate and timely completion on Cycle Count for the DC to include by not limited to:
-
Update Daily Cycle Count sheet and email next day cycle count aisles.

Help update and maintain productivity tracking and hours for cycle counters.

Perform product SKU lookups upon request.
Inventory Verification

Actively complete adjustments, movements and transfers. Including but not limited to:
-
Mislocated, receiving errors, and restocking errors.

Use available reports to review past transactions and determine correct action. Actively complete adjustments to correct system discrepancies based on investigation results by team members.

Update various spreadsheets as needed based on investigation results by team members.

Assist with the return-to-vendor process and related reports.
Works on other assignments and/or with other departments as needed to meet business needs and customer demand.
Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience.
