Position Summary
The Quality Performance Coordinator is responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with the Clinical Performance Guidelines and Standards of Care for the Florida Dialysis Facilities, the conditions/standards of the CMS ESRD Interpretive Guidance and monitoring of clinical measures for the ESRD Quality Incentive Program. In addition, the Quality Performance Coordinator is responsible for accurate submission of data to CrownWeb to satisfy CMS Conditions of Coverage for ESRD. This role also supports the infection prevention and process improvement efforts by active and scheduled surveillance activities. The Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with ongoing survey readiness for regulatory agencies and by ensuring that all hospital department policies and procedures are current.

Education:
- Degree in Nursing; prefer Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management
Experience:
- 3-5 yrs inpatient nursing and 2 yrs in Quality Management or Management/Assistant Management
License:
- RN
