Creates weekly schedules for Distribution Center associates and ensures compliance with all scheduling rules, regulations, and corporate policies. Maintains records regarding Camp Hill Distribution Center associates.

Pay Rate: $20-$22

Work Schedule: 7am-4pm

If 18 or older, you will need to pass both a pre-employment drug screen and background check post offer.

This position is located in our Camp Hill, Pennsylvania Distribution Center.

Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the master schedule for all associates (Deviations will be approved and changed by individual supervisors).
  • Maintains records for all non-exempt associates regarding PTO, Vacation, Absences, and Tardiness.
  • Provides documentation for corrective actions regarding attendance occurrences.
  • Monitors attendance documentation processing to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintains reports concerning hours used, overtime hours used and aggregate dollars per shift.
  • Establish and maintain databases to evaluate associate’s productivity, attendance, and disciplinary records and use this information to determine best scheduling scenario.
  • Effectively communicates daily, weekly and monthly Company information to associates. One on one and/or in group settings.
  • Works hand in with HR, TA, and training to ensure the smoothest onboarding experience possible.
  • Creates and distributes associate’s timecards.
  • Assist Management team as needed in planning events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assists in the operation areas which include but are not limited to inbound and fulfillment functions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree from a college or technical school; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential to this position. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
