Position Summary
Under direction, serves as a principal assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and exercises initiative in the administrative direction and coordination of major activities or functions within the organization. This position is also accountable for administrative oversight for Pharmacy, Special Diagnostics, Endoscopy, Wound Care and Diabetes Education. Responsibilities include organizing, developing, directing, and assuring the delivery of cost effective, quality patient care. Ensures that all services are performed in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and JCAHO standards.

EDUCATION
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Hospital Health, Business Administration, or Finance/Accounting.
EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years management experience at the Director level.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be familiar with hospital organization and administration; functions of various departments, current personnel practices; training methods and related.
