Position Summary
Provide direct support to the Facilities Director to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations, engineering and maintenance functions. Theses duties are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of the medical center in an operative and safe working condition. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures documented competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating and maintaining the budget. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all JC, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Complies with programs developed by PBHN leadership.

Education: Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
Experience:
- Required (5) years experience in a maintenance and engineering in a supervisory or management role.
- Desired Experienced in healthcare facility working in a supervisory or management level postion in a maintenance dept.
- Proven experience managing construction projects , budgets and schedules.
