Overview

We are looking for a social media coordinator to work within our Centre of Expertise across the Asia Pacific division. The role will be responsible for successfully executing and measuring social media organic and paid strategies, ensuring we are at the forefront of social and effectively delivering the right message, to the right people, at the right time. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, a knack for analytics, and a desire to build innovative advertising solutions.

We are looking for a highly-organized, self-motivated individual who can operate in a rapidly-evolving and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally across divisional brand marketing teams, agency teams, and other internal and external partners to drive social media success and growth.

This role will steward social media innovation and evangelize the use of emerging tools, platforms, concepts, and technologies reflective of our consumers’ evolving purchasing habits and media consumption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of organic and paid social media .
  • Lead the or g anisation in social creative asset management including link tag ging, asset trackin g, approval routing and scheduling.
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, including generation and distribution of reports using enterprise software tools for analysis (e.g. Spri n klr, Julius).
  • Investigate new media and market opportunities to ensure our social media presence is locally relevant and innovative.
  • Build strategic social media recommendations across the brand portfolios inclusive of channel recommendations , content, flighting, target parameters and investment .
  • Design audience modeling and targeting plans that realize differentiation and maximize effectiveness across the purchase funnel/consumer journey
  • Collaborate with cross functional team in delivering full communications recommendations for organic and paid social
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team on full funnel social executions to maximize ROAS
  • Ensure digital materials (assets, links, etc.) are properly trafficked and campaigns are running and ready as scheduled
  • Establish standardized measurement and reporting discipline, inclusive of ROI modeling, individualized campaign KPIs/ scorecarding and core brand metrics.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all things social media and act as a resource across the organization

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant degree.
  • 2 + years experience in social media management with paid social media experience.
  • Experience with social media tool Sprinklr preferred.
  • A willi ng ness to be hands on at all stages of project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of production across all mediums .
  • Interest in sneakers, and youth (Gen-z) culture encouraged but not mandatory
  • A pro-active and self-motivated approach with an appetite to improve Foot Locker’s social media strategy and investments.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams, departments, locations and organizations .
